Hooray for Missionaries both here at home, and far far away!
Praise God for Easter week! Jacob has been thrilled to read the 'special' Easter book before bed each night. It's amazing what his little mind comprehends. We are doing super with big boy "underwares" and I've officially put the cloth diapers away for the next kid-o! Hooray! We still do our poop in our underwares, but we are even getting closer to the potty for those as well, and hooray for pullups at night. What a blessing these little ones are. Mya and Cali are here today and we'll had a ball.
I'm starting a mom's group that will meet here tomorrow between 10-12, Hooray for the fellowship of other praying moms!
I have to tell you a sweet praying story of Jacob's that happened the other day. He was being kinda quiet so I headed off to find him, and he was sitting on the stairs beside his diaper bag with his hands folded in his lap. I asked "Jacob what are you doing", "praying" he replied (which isn't out of the norm) "o.k. what are you praying for", "snacks" , "o.k. lets pray for snacks" so we did, as well as thanking God for Monka, underwares, and Mya. After we got done praying I asked him "what would you like for a snack?" and sure enough, he pulled his hand out of his diaper bag holding a fruit snacks (his church snack) and proclaimed triumphantly "This!" What a hoot, I couldn't say no. At least he prayed and thanked God for it before he snuck it out of his bag!! what a boy.
Here are some photos from today, I'm attempting a Mya and Cali video for Uncle Seth in France...we'll see if I can get them "talking" for you Seth :)

It looks like the dead of winter up here. We love it! Little Asha dog who is staying with us doesn't feel the same, but she is surviving none the less :)
Jacob, Monica and I are off for a "ladies day" at Carla's house in a moment, Marand is focusing on getting the laundry room tile sealed and maybe some shelves in and such. Please pray for the sale of our condo, we had a realtor contact us yesterday with a client that would like to see it, so maybe that will happen today as well. Here's a quick photo for you of the two "early risers" in the house hold (pretty bad when 8am is 'early') we are sitting at the computer with bellies full of pancakes and kiwis!! Thank you God for Saturdays!
may your weekends be worshipful!
