Family Weekend

What a great weekend with my family! Jacob, Monica and I had a ball - Marand stayed home and worked. Uncle Byron and Aunt Suzy from KS are up here to play this week, and he's hoping to be able to get off a bit to play with them, so we forgave him (Most of us...right Sierra? :) Anyway, Lots of fresh produce, game playing, fellowship with honorary family and friends, and even digging through some 10 bags of thrift store stuff :) Jacob thoroughly enjoyed all the cousin attention, and made sure everyone was aware that his communication skills were well advanced :) Monica and I got a kick out of him on the drive down, saying "I look my eye out for 'nother one" we were 'keeping an eye out' for trains ....he was close ;)

And I needed to take a photo of "our wall" Dad drew our names into it the year they built the house...we moved in when I was 2.

Now I know where you get your spelling abilities! Dad couldn't even spell my name...or have I been spelling it wrong for 44 yrs?!? Love the pics Rach! We had a lot of fun with our FAM! Just a bit short :(

So much fun! I cannot get over how much Jacob is looking grown up these days - he has really lost his baby face hasn't he? ::: sob ::: hooray for family, my favorite thing to do is hang out with my family who are my BEST FRIENDS! Love Birth Grandma
