These were a special request from Papa Randy for a photo on his desk at work. They came out pretty cute.
We received the book by Tedd Tripp "Shepherding a child's heart" for a shower gift and we are excited to have some more Biblical advice concerning parenting. I'll quote you an excerpt from the beginning of the book...
"Proverbs 13:20 says, 'He who walks with the wise becomes wise' As a wise parent your objective is not simply to discuss, but to demonstrate the freshness and vitality of life lived in integrity toward God and your family. Parenting is shepherding the hearts of your children in the ways of God's wisdom."
Good stuff huh?

Like I have said many times ... Jacob Randy is in such good hands. What a comfort. First no one can snatch him from the hollow of Our Father's hand (Jn 10), then his parents are actively seeking to learn God's ways in parenting, surrounded by this great support group who would give a wonderful gift like Shepherding a Child's Heart ... obviously someone has been there done that. And the godly grandparents ... I just cry for joy every day thinking about how good God is. Blessings on the Barrientezes. Love Birth Grandma
