Where We've Been

Jacob's 9 month doctor visit went well today. He weighed in at 16lb 7oz, is 28 1/2 inches tall, and has a head circumference of 46cm. Dr Winfield's only complaint was his weight, so we got a list of some "fatty" things to add to his diet. Maybe I'll start eating them too, and see if that helps me put some meat on my bones :) Anyway, that went well, then it was off to pet sitting...

This was to show you that it's snowing pretty good tonight, and is supposed to continue till tomorrow...we'll see how much we get.
I warned Marand that I was gonna put this on the website, he was being a goof, and Jacob has been fascinated with his tongue lately. He can't keep his fingers off it! Silly Boys....who I love immensely :)
We praise God today for doctors and saftey on snowy roads.

Steff is right about the petite genes. Katie is almost 7 and only weighs 40 pounds. Of course you want the boys to get bigger than the girls, but he has plenty of time to grow. He shouldn't be in any hurry. It will be all to soon before he is to heavy to pick up! Thanks for the pictures and updates, we feel like we're not missing out on anything.
Yea, I'm sure not worried about it...I take that "medical measurement" with a grain of salt :) we are so thankful he's healthy. Thanks for stopping in to see our site...I can't wait to show Jacob photos, and blogs of his birth momma's family. I've got to get my family into the blogging world :) It's so nice to be able to stay in touch.
Awww, what a cute little puppy! The little boy ain't half bad either ;)
Grace was always tiny too. She is almost 2 and only weighs 21 pounds! There are a lot of petite genes in the family, so I wouldn't worry too much about Jacob; he looks sooo happy and healthy! You're definitely doing something right!
And way to go with the pet sitting business! Your family is so blessed, and a blessing to those of us who get a peek into your daily life!
