Baby Dedication

We were involved in the baby dedication today at church. What a freeing feeling to give Jacob whole heartedly to the Lord. Not that we hadn't already done that a few times ;) but to publically announce that we are giving him to God was amazing. We praise God today for a great church family who verbally commited to help us raise him up in a manner that pleases our God, and to support us in whatever is to come. All to the honor and glory of our God.
Jacob had to slobber all over his daddy's cup before the dedication.
Or maybe he was looking for a little caffeine to get through the day :)
Hard to say.
Thanks for the sweet blue velvet outfit Birth Grandma (and Grandpa) Miller :) It looked very sweet on him. The bib was only for protection :)
Jacob is in God's hands, we covet your prayers that we will be able to raise him up in the nurture and admonition of the LORD.

It makes me want to cry, in a good way, when I see Jacob being so exceptionally well cared for by you, Rachel and Marand! Thank you so much for posting the pictures. How happy is the man (big and little) whose God is the Lord! We pray you have a WONDERFUL time with Becky and family! If at all possible, please keep posting pictures!
