Hooray It Went Well

The "talk" to the perspective adoptive parents went well...there were about 10 couples and Jacob stole the show. Go figure :) What a neat opportunity to share about what an amazing God of perfect timing we serve!! Jacob and I celebrated this afternoon with a photo shoot :) Now it's off to get packing for our VA trek!!

Thank you so much for posting how well the talk went. I am so proud of you and Jacob! I wish we could have been there. I second the opinion about the beautiful pictures ... can I please have the high res files? And I pray you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with Becky and her family. Please give Becky a big hug from all of the birth family when you see her. We still remember what a wonderful blessing she was to all of us during a very bittersweet time. :) Love much, Birth Grandma

I am sitting here with Shaylee and we are loving the new pics of Jacob! You always manage to get such good pictures of Jacob, but I'm sure it's easy to do because he is so cute!! We are praying for your safe journey to VA. Suzy, Byron and Suzy's mom are on their way to WI to watch Britt run in the Cross Country Nationals!! We are praying for all of you who are on the road.
